Construction

Prepreg Dry Carbon.
Zero Compromise.

This is not a standard fiberglass reproduction. The shell is crafted using Prepreg Autoclave Technology—the same process used in Formula 1 chassis manufacturing.

By curing the carbon fiber under immense heat and pressure, we achieve a shell that is significantly lighter and more rigid than the factory original, while maintaining the exact silhouette of the Type R icon.

The prepreg process ensures minimum resin content. This yields the lightest possible shell for improved agility without sacrificing structural safety.

Structural Rigidity

Cured under immense pressure, the shell provides superior stiffness compared to wet carbon or FRP. It does not flex under high G-force cornering.

Comfort & Authenticity

Custom Urethane Foam

We commission custom-ordered urethane foam engineered to match the exact density and feel of the original NSX-R seats. This foam is sourced from a leading domestic (Japanese) manufacturer to guarantee superior support, durability, and comfort for long drives. This wider seat takes measurements from the popular Pole Position Seats.

Authentic NSX-R Fabrics

To maintain the highest level of authenticity, the upholstery is made using original OEM NSX-R fabrics. These are sourced directly based on Honda’s master data, ensuring a tactile and visual match to the legendary vehicle. Upholstery is completed in Japan.
