Introducing our “Right to Renew” service, a unique offering designed to provide our valued customers with the option to renew their MITA wheels with our latest color releases. The following is a detailed breakdown to ensure clarity and prevent any potential misunderstandings.
This warranty is governed by the terms and conditions outlined below.
Eligibility and Scope
Existing Customers Only: This service is available exclusively to customers who have previously purchased wheels directly from MITA Motorsports. Proof of purchase will be required to verify eligibility.
Applicable Colors: You can repaint your wheels to any new color that we have officially released. Custom colors not offered by MITA Motorsports are not applicable.
Process and Requirements
Initiation: Contact our customer service team to initiate the “Right to Renew” process. You will need to provide your original order details and specify the new color you desire.
Customer Responsibility: Please do not send any products without contacting us and receiving an approval. Shipping and service costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Your Wheels: We can provide a shipping label upon request. However, please note that the cost of shipping will be borne by you, the customer.
Packaging: Ensure that the wheels are properly packaged to prevent any damage during transit. MITA Motorsports is not liable for any damages incurred during shipping.
Service Fee: The cost varies depending on the wheel type and size.
Repainting Service
Repainting Process: Once we receive your wheels, they will undergo a meticulous repainting process to ensure they perfectly match the new color specification.
Turnaround Time: The repainting process itself typically takes 3-4 days. However, please allow additional time for shipping to and from our facility.
Quality Assurance: Our team will inspect the wheels before and after painting to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Additional Terms and Conditions
Exclusivity: This service is only available for wheels purchased directly from MITA Motorsports. Wheels from other manufacturers or those not originally purchased from us are not eligible.
Color Accuracy: The repainting will be done to match our official color releases as closely as possible. Slight variations may occur due to material differences.
Non-Refundable: Once the repainting process begins, the service fee is non-refundable.
Damage Liability: MITA Motorsports is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. It is recommended to purchase insurance for the shipment’s full value.
Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.
