Thank you for your interest in purchasing from MITA LLC. We want to provide you with an excellent customer experience, so we have outlined our shipping, returns, and refund policies below.
We aim to process most orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Most orders are shipped within 14 business days, unless the part is on backorder or is a special order. If you need a part for a specific date, please contact our sales team to confirm the item’s availability and arrange for express shipping. Please note that we only ship to the verified billing address of a credit card and to the cardholder only. Most orders are shipped via standard air freight unless otherwise specified.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match the description, please contact our customer service team within five days of receiving the product. We will gladly accept returns of unused and unopened items within five days of the purchase date. Please note that a 20% restocking/cancellation fee applies to any MITA original product returns. All returns are subject to inspection, and we reserve the right to refuse any return or charge a restocking fee. We do not accept returns on OEM Honda/Acura products and any products from our aftermarket partners. No cancellations or returns are allowed on special order parts. We are not responsible for manufacturing delays, scheduling, or other issues related to manufacturing. We do not guarantee that a part will be delivered on or by personal deadlines.
Refunds are subject to our payout schedule, which is on the last day of each month. International/Canadian customers are responsible for paying their own customs, duties, and brokerage fees. MITA LLC is not responsible for these fees. Nonpayment of fees will not constitute a return. If products are returned due to nonpayment of fees, the products will be forfeited to MITA LLC, or the customer can pay to have the items reshipped.
MITA LLC makes no warranties of merchantability, of fitness for a particular purpose, or that its products comply with laws, regulations, or ordinances in the states where they may be sold to the ultimate purchaser, the consumer. In this connection, the retail purchaser, the buyer, the ultimate consumer assumes the burden of the entire cost of any and all necessary service, alterations or repairs. MITA LLC advises the consumer or customer that all products purchased in the State of California must conform to specific vehicle code sections. Please consult local and state laws for more information.
We are not responsible for products not made by MITA. Any issues related to quality or fitment should be brought up with the original manufacturer. MITA LLC has the right to charge the customer for any changes or rerouting fees that apply for any packages that fail to comply with FedEx’s requests of needed paperwork and are then rerouted to be sent back.
