Abstract
A dual-purpose structural upgrade designed to facilitate premium audio integration while rectifying the inherent clip fragility of factory sash covers. This set provides a seamless housing for 52mm tweeter units, maintaining OEM interior textures.
Scope

OEM Deficiency Audit
- Modification Decay Factory covers require destructive cutting for tweeter mounting, compromising structural integrity.
- Clip Fatigue Original thermoplastic tabs are prone to fracture during heat-cycle exposure and servicing.

- Pre-Configured Mounting Features a 40mm insert optimized for 52mm components (e.g., Focal PS165FSE).

Installation Protocol

Extract existing sash covers using a non-marring polymer prying tool.

Inspect metal OEM clips. If fatigue is detected, replace with Part: 90615-SK7-003.

Transfer clips to reinforced MITA tabs. Align with the primary sash holder mounting points.

Apply uniform pressure until the assembly snaps flush with the door frame.

System Constraint: Dimensional Limit
Tweeter diameter must not exceed 52mm. Excess volume applies lateral pressure to the sash housing, which may result in tab failure. Components exceeding this specification void structural warranty.
