HCE K-Series Coil Pack Adapter System

Problem:

OEM NSX coil packs are difficult to find, expensive, and do not perform as well as other modern k-series alternatives. K-series coil packs have different geometry than OEM so a mounting adapter is necessary. A wiring harness is required as well.

Solution:

The HCE Coil Pack Adapter System introduces a robust adapter manifold machined from 6061 aluminum. The system includes a plug and play wiring harness as well as coil pack data for aftermarket engine management. Our system works with all aftermarket ECUs.

Features:

• Two Billet 6061 anodized adapter manifolds featuring an all-in-one design that accepts an entire bank of coil packs.
• Constrains the coil pack radially and axially to ensure it is in the perfect location.
• Seals to protect against water intrusion.
• Plug and play wiring harness featuring Milspec materials including: dr25 heat shrink, high quality txl wire, and all new oem quality plugs. Each harness goes through quality control process that checks every plug and every wire to ensure a problem free plug and play solution.
• Data for OEM Denso K-series coil packs

NOTE:

• This product enables use of modern k-series coil packs, which requires an aftermarket ECU system. Works with all major stand alone engine management systems. Data for coil packs provided.
• 91-94 model years featured thinner coil pack covers than later models. 6mm shims under the cover mounting points is required for adequate clearance.
