Engineering Overview
High-Function OEM-Aligned Coilover Program
This suspension system delivers a well-calibrated balance of comfort, adjustability, and performance, positioning it as a highly competitive option in the entry-to-mid-level coilover market. A major differentiator is the emphasis on street refinement. The use of a rubber spring isolator at the top hat significantly reduces noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) compared to harder interfaces commonly found in this category.
Out of the box, build quality features consistent anodizing and a durable black finish. The system features independent ride height adjustment—allowing stance changes without altering spring preload—and includes a helper spring to improve load management and usable travel.
“The result is a planted, confidence-inspiring feel that absorbs imperfections without disconnecting the driver.”
- 32-Way Adjustable Damping
- Rubber Bushing Mounts (Enhanced NVH control)
- Helper Springs Included
Real-World Driving Evaluation
On the road, the suspension delivers exactly what it’s designed for: improved handling and control without sacrificing comfort. Initial turn-in is sharper, body control is noticeably improved, and the progressive spring design maintains compliance over uneven surfaces. Unlike many coilover systems, this setup avoids excessive harshness.
Ride Quality Baseline: The development target started with the industry’s gold standard for ride comfort. Where this system differentiates itself is flexibility—you retain that refined ride quality while gaining full coilover adjustability.

Understanding Damper Valving
Valving dictates oil flow inside the shock to control movement. Compression (C) manages energy input from bumps, while Tension/Rebound (T) manages energy release (shock extension). Our tuning uses a ~10% increment baseline for adjustments; for example, increasing a setting from 180 to 200 (180 x 1.1 ≈ 198) provides a noticeable, controlled increase in damping force without drastically altering the system’s overall balance.
Calibration & Setup Guide
| Profile | Intended Use & Characteristics | Rate (F/R) | Valving (F/R) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard OEM Ref. |
Best for: Daily drivers, weekend cruisers, collector cars. Smooth, compliant ride over uneven pavement. Neutral handling. Trade-off: Increased body roll. |
100% / 100% | F: C:50 T:180 R: C:50 T:180 |
| Type S Street Perf. |
Best for: Spirited street driving, twisty roads, occasional track. Sharper steering response and improved front-end grip. Balanced rotation. Trade-off: Firmer feel over broken pavement. |
203% / 132% | F: C:50 T:200 R: C:50 T:180 |
| Type R Track Focused |
Best for: Track days, time attack, aggressive driving. Maximum body control and precision. Supports higher corner speeds. Trade-off: Firm ride, reduced street comfort. |
325% / 218% | F: C:50 T:250 R: C:50 T:200 |

Installation Notes
Installation is largely straightforward. Rear fitment presents no issues. Front installation may require attention to lock ring clearance near the control arm. Note: Factory M10x1.25 top hat nuts must be reused during installation.
Warranty & Serviceability
1-year unlimited mileage warranty on shocks, rubber top mounts, and end links. Camber plates excluded. System is fully rebuildable with replacement parts available through authorized dealers.
The Bottom Line
This suspension system is not designed to chase lap times at the expense of drivability, nor to impress on paper with excessive stiffness. It is engineered to deliver real performance where owners actually drive—on the street, on back roads, and during occasional high-demand use.
