S2000 Anniversary Product Updates
April 15 marks the anniversary of the first Honda S2000 launch. It has now been 27 years since the debut and despite the end of production, the S2000 is still one of Honda’s most celebrated performance cars.
We understand the difficulties involved with properly maintaining and restoring the S2000. In addition to supporting the model with essential replacement parts that help keep S2000s on the road, we also continue to develop products that reflect the changing preferences of today’s enthusiasts.
To commemorate this special date, we are pleased to share S2000 product developments currently in progress.
MITA AP2 Center Console
Our recent fitment test with a 3D-printed prototype confirmed a perfect fit, making MITA AP2 Center Console a precise replacement. It’s a reliable alternative to scarce, aging originals and is available in fully assembled or bare panel options for customization. Production is on track and orders are expected to ship in May.
MITA Climate Control Knobs
The latest evolution of our S2000 Aluminum Climate Control Knobs addresses community feedback on usability. We’ve refined the knobs by adding a translucent indicator for better night visibility and grooves around the knob’s perimeter for easier control. Each set includes two pieces. Fits all S2000 models (1999–2009).
MITA S2000 Seat Cover Replacements (with Logo)
Show off your S2000 pride with the logo edition of our existing seat covers. MITA Seat Cover Replacements are designed in collaboration with the original Honda S2000 engineers to guarantee precise fitment with premium materials. Available for both AP1 and AP2 models.
MITA AP2 S2000 Shift Boot
Our AP2 shift boot lineup will soon expand with new material options. Developed in collaboration with Studio 6 Zero, it will be offered in Type R Black Suede, Genuine Honda OEM Leather, and NSX-R Jersey, with stitching choices in red, yellow, black, or white. This high-quality replacement will make your S2000 interior feel brand new.

Inspired by the NSX accessory and reimagined for the S2000, this vehicle document case serves as a cool accessory for enthusiasts who appreciate S2000 ownership. Choose from a range of OEM Honda suede colors – black, red, yellow, orange, or blue – with stitching options in red, yellow, black, or white.

MITA S2000 Bottom Cushions
Our S2000 bottom cushions have been a popular restoration choice with many positive feedback from owners. Made from a single-piece, high-density 90 hardness foam, the cushions restore support and durability lost over time. For US customers, a local supplier is available to avoid additional duties. Manufacturing Update
We’re updating all S2000 plastic components by moving away from resin printing and switching to vacuum cast molding. This method aligns more closely with the original OEM manufacturing style, producing stronger, more durable parts. All plastic items we’ve made so far will follow this updated process.
