Important Update on U.S. Orders – Effective September 2, 2025

Dear Customers,

Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations and FedEx policy, we must update how all shipments to the United States are handled:

  1. End of the De Minimis Rule
    • As of August 29, 2025 (U.S. Eastern Time), the U.S. has eliminated the de minimis exemption, which previously allowed shipments under USD 800 per person per day to enter duty-free.
    • This means all imports, regardless of value, are now subject to tariffs, taxes, and processing fees.
  2. FedEx DDP Requirement
    • Starting September 2, 2025, FedEx requires that all shipments sent via FedEx International Connect Plus (FICP) to the U.S. must be shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.
    • Under DDP, duties and tariffs must be prepaid by the shipper and collected from the customer at checkout. Without this, FedEx will not generate a shipping label.
  3. Orders Placed Before August 29, 2025
    • If you placed an order before August 29, 2025 and your order is still processing, our team will contact you directly to explain the applicable U.S. tariff costs. We will work with you to finalize payment so your goods can be delivered without delay.
  4. What Customers Need to Know
    • At Checkout: All U.S. duties and tariffs will now be calculated and charged automatically.
    • Transparency: This ensures smooth customs clearance and prevents surprise bills from FedEx or U.S. Customs.
    • If Duties Are Unpaid: FedEx may hold or return shipments, and any reshipment costs will be billed to the customer.

We understand this is a significant change and appreciate your cooperation as we adapt to new U.S. import rules. Our priority is to keep your shipments moving without delays or unexpected costs.
